Free trial

Every plan includes a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the app before paying. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Refunds

If something isn't right, email info@tdtproductions.nl within 14 days of a charge and we'll work with you, including a refund where appropriate. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method.

EU/EEA consumer rights

Consumers in the EU/EEA may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Where you begin using a subscription during the withdrawal period you may be asked to acknowledge that this can affect the right of withdrawal, as permitted by law. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from the customer portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
