Refund Policy

This policy applies to one-time purchases of TDT Productions apps on this website (https://apps.tdtproductions.nl). Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Microsoft Store are governed by that store's refund policy instead.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are charged and you're not happy, email info@tdtproductions.nl within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full — no complicated hoops. Just include the email address you bought with (and your license key if you have it) so we can find your order quickly.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within a few business days (your bank may take a little longer to show it). Any applicable VAT/tax is refunded together with the payment.

Your EU/EEA consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because our apps are delivered digitally and made available immediately, by completing your purchase you agree that performance begins right away; where you ask us to begin during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may lapse once the service is fully provided, as permitted by law. This does not limit our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above, and your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.

Managing your purchase

Nothing to cancel — a one-time purchase doesn't renew. To manage your license and free up a machine, use the Account page (or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal for invoices and purchase history).
