1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of TDT Productions's apps and the subscriptions sold on this website (https://apps.tdtproductions.nl). By installing an app or buying a subscription you agree to them.

2. Licenses & activations

A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app while the subscription is active. Each license may be activated on up to the number of machines stated on the product's pricing page (currently 2). You may deactivate a machine at any time from the Account page to free a slot.

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime via the customer portal. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout; Lemon Squeezy handles applicable VAT/GST.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the licensing of the apps, nor use them for unlawful purposes. Our apps access your own cloud accounts on your instruction and on a read-only basis.

5. Warranty & liability

The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. TDT Productions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss arising from misuse. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights in the EU/EEA).

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
